We had a Young Surfer Stay with Us

In October 2015 we had a lovely family stay with us at Casa Margarita. They were not new guests, What transpired was that their young son, now better described as a young man, took an interest in surfing, having seen the young and not so young taking lessons at Famara, also competent surfers riding more challenging waves.

He has taken lessons, got bitten by the bug and has now become a confident wave rider himself. Of the many photographs that his mother and father have taken of him, the ones that we have added below indicate what can be achieved with the help of dedicated family support and a great teacher (at one of the surf schools in Caleta de Famara (Famara Bay).
