Prices

Prices are quoted on the basis of “per night.”  The minimum accommodation period is for 7 nights (or the financial equivalent thereof). Please see the availability calendar or ask for more details. Our policy is that we DO NOT charge “High Season” premiums – with the exception of any booking that includes Christmas Day or New Year´s Day as part of a booking. Even then we only insist on a booking containg a minimum of four paying guests or the financial equivalent at that time of year.

Young children using a cot and high chair (under the age of 2 years) can be catered for free of charge at any time of the year.

Booking – How to Book.

Bookings for the villas are secured by the payment of a 30% ( Thirty Percent) deposit, (price per night x number of nights required) payable by a bank account to bank account  transfer.

A booking confirmation is sent as an email attachment when guests agree to book, following which the 30% deposit should be paid to our UK (or if in Euros, Spanish) bank account.

The balance is due for payment six weeks (40 days) before your arrival date, by the same bank to bank method. A final invoice will be sent in time for this payment to be made and receipt of transferred funds will always be acknowledged by email on each occasion.

Once you have made a decision to book, contact us and we will provide you with a confirmation document as an email attachment against which you can make your deposit transfer. (Our bank account details will be included within the confirmation document.

We will contact you again with a final invoice in time for payment of the final balance. Directions from the airport to the house are also provided at that time.

You will be met by John or Jacky on arrival at the house if you can let you have details of your flight’s arrival time, so that we can be sure to await you at the villa.

Potential guests should be aware that booking through holiday rental villa websites such as VRBO and some others will cost MORE than should you choose to book DIRECTLY with us, as the organisations mentioned add a “Booking Fee” to our prices which has more to do with enhancing their profits than offering an additional service!

On the other hand, we make no hidden extra charges – and what is described is exactly what you get – nothing less.

We should add that not ALL advertising companies charge a booking fee. Select who you use to book through with care.
